All of our mobile app functionality is optional. We think the employee kiosk is a great way to save time on payroll, but it’s not compulsory. No matter how you collect your timesheet information, our system can save you time (for example, you can drag and drop csv timesheets into our system to save time on data entry).
Filling out forms isn’t fun. That’s why we’ll walk you through it in person or over the phone, then get you set up on Simply Payroll free of charge. The first time you log in, you’ll be ready to run a pay. If you’re coming across from another piece of software, we can convert pay data (rates, leave balances etc) straight into our system.
Not at all. Using the app is completely optional. We have a full web-based solution you can access from any device you like.
You only pay when you run a pay: $5 per pay run, plus $1.25 per employee. So, for a company with 5 staff running fortnightly pays, your total fees would be $11.25 plus GST per fortnight. No set up fees or support fees.
We don’t have a minimum contract term. If you don’t love our software, you can move on at any time.
We’re a one stop shop for your payroll needs – including tracking leave accrued and taken, and reports on pay and leave history.
As part of the sign-up process, you’ll nominate us as your PAYE intermediary. This means that each pay day, we’ll deduct the PAYE along with your wages and pay it to the IRD on your behalf when it’s due. You won’t ever need to make a payment or file anything with the IRD again.
